2. Products and Orders

We make every effort to present our products, subscriptions, and services as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other content on the site will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues affecting fulfillment.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in [USD, unless otherwise stated].

Payments are processed through WIX and its payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders or subscription periods already accepted or paid.

4. Shipping

We ship orders using the shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Additional duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds and Returns

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and explains important information about cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refund eligibility. By placing an order or purchasing a subscription through The Gilded Post, you agree to both these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy.

6. Member Accounts and Subscription Access

Certain features of The Gilded Post, including managing a recurring subscription, may require you to create a member account or profile.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe an account has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Subscription Terms

Certain products or services offered by The Gilded Post may be available through a recurring monthly subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will renew on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel it through your account. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the My Subscriptions tab in your Login Bar or Profile Bar once you are logged in.

Our subscription window runs from the 16th of each month through the 15th of the following month. Each subscription window purchases the following month's post. For example, a subscription made during the period of May 16 through June 15 would apply to July's post.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the My Subscriptions section of your account. Your cancellation becomes effective immediately and applies to the subscription window during which the cancellation occurs. Once canceled, you will not be charged for that subscription window moving forward.

We may update subscription pricing or subscription terms from time to time. Any changes will apply only as permitted by law and after any required notice.

8. Newsletter and Communications

If you sign up for our newsletter or otherwise provide your email address, you agree that we may send you order-related messages, updates, and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

9. Contact Form Submissions

  • If you contact us through our Get in Touch form, you agree that the information you provide, including your first name, last name, email address, and optional phone number, may be used by us to respond to your comments, questions, or collaboration inquiries.

10. Member Profiles, Community Content, and Acceptable Use

If our website allows you to create a profile or submit, post, upload, or share any content - including artwork, images, text, comments, or other materials - you are solely responsible for the content you provide.

By posting or submitting content to The Gilded Post, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary rights to share it, and that your content does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting or posting it through our website, you grant The Gilded Post a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, publish, and share that content as reasonably necessary to operate, feature, and promote the website, its community features, and related content.

You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, misleading, infringing, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts at our discretion.

11. Submitted Artwork and Community Gallery

From time to time, The Gilded Post may invite subscribers or community members to submit artwork, images, or other creative content for possible display in our website gallery or related community features.

By submitting artwork or other content to us, you represent that:

  •   you own the content or have the necessary rights and permission to submit it;

  •   your submission does not infringe the rights of any person or third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights; and

  •   the information you provide in connection with the submission is accurate.

 

You retain ownership of your submitted artwork. However, by submitting it to The Gilded Post, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, reproduce, and share the submission on our website, in our gallery, and in related promotional or community materials connected with The Gilded Post.

We may make limited formatting changes as needed for display, such as resizing or cropping. We reserve the right to accept, reject, remove, or stop displaying any submission at our discretion.

If you would like your submitted artwork removed from the gallery, you may contact us at [Insert Contact Email], and we will review your request.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, design elements, graphics, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of The Gilded Post unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
