A note from the artist...

Hi there,

Thank you for your interest in joining my art mail club. My name is Ingrid. I have a background in art history, studio art, and graphic design, and I’ve spent years creating quietly while working toward a life as a full-time artist.

This club is my way of finally sharing that work more openly, while also inviting you into a slower, more intentional experience of art. Each month, you’ll receive an original art print, hand-embellished with paint, metallics, or gold leaf, then signed and numbered so it feels as close to an original as possible.

Alongside the artwork, you’ll receive The Gilded Notes, a monthly art history periodical rooted in research and centered around that month’s theme. My artwork is created in conversation with these ideas, so the visual and written elements are always connected.

You can also expect personal letters from me, thoughts from my life, creative process, and the things I find myself returning to: gardening, reading, nature, photography, and sketching. There’s a return address on every envelope if you’d like to write back, and I do my best to respond to a few letters each month.

More than anything, I hope this club offers you something lasting, art that feels tangible and thoughtful, knowledge that deepens your understanding of art history, and a small space each month that encourages you to slow down and notice beauty in the everyday.
